Goals

- Understand the outbound block
- Know what still works
- Know how to ask for a review
On this page
The outbound block is an individual restriction applied by the team. With it, the screen shows that the account can't withdraw or transfer balance.
What changes
Blocked: requesting withdrawals, on the site and on Discord.
Blocked: sending transfers.
Allowed: receiving transfers.
Allowed: depositing.
Allowed: playing matches.
How long it lasts
There's no automatic deadline. The block only ends when the team removes it.
How to solve it
- 1
Open a support request
Choose the Financeiro (Finance) category.
- 2
Explain the case
Say that your account can't withdraw or transfer.
- 3
Send what's requested
The team may ask for checks to confirm you own the account.
I had a withdrawal in the queue when the block started. Now what?
A request already in the queue can still be processed by the team.
Does the status link unlock withdrawals?
No. The benefit doesn't override the block.
