Terms of Use
BR Tokens Terms of Use: how mediation works, balance and withdrawals, user duties, account sharing, fraud and reports, personal data and contact.
Last updated: November 2026
1.0.0 On BR TOKENS's role
- 1.0.1 BR TOKENS acts exclusively as a match mediator, temporarily holding the agreed amounts until official finalization.
- 1.0.2 BR TOKENS does not participate in, influence, or take responsibility for the performance or outcome of matches.
- 1.0.3 The team commits to acting with impartiality, transparency, and good faith.
- 1.0.4 BR TOKENS will never request payments outside the official means disclosed on the server.
- 1.0.5 The platform may only be used by people aged 18 (eighteen) or older. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be closed.
- 1.0.6 BR TOKENS charges a service fee on entries, according to the table published in the values channel of the official server. The total amount to pay is shown before the payment is confirmed.
2.0.0 On matches and mediation
- 2.0.1 Every entry must have a defined amount and explicit agreement of the parties before payment.
- 2.0.2 After payment, the amount will be held until official confirmation of the result.
- 2.0.3 In case of dispute, the decision will be made based on the evidence presented and internal records.
- 2.0.4 After the review, the team's decision ends the dispute within the platform, except for the review request provided for in clause 2.0.6.
- 2.0.5 BR TOKENS may cancel, suspend, or invalidate matches with signs of fraud, collusion, or bad faith.
- 2.0.6 The player may request one review of the decision within 48 (forty-eight) hours, through support on the official server, stating the reason for the request. Whenever possible, the review will be carried out by a team member other than the one who made the original decision. The review decision is final within the platform.
- 2.0.7 In the W.O. cases provided for in the Rules, the match ends as a win for the opponent, who receives the match prize.
3.0.0 On balance and withdrawals
- 3.0.1 Winnings will be added to the internal balance after official finalization.
- 3.0.2 The balance may be requested for withdrawal daily, from 13:00 to 21:00 (Brasília time), with a minimum amount of R$ 15,00, except as provided in clause 3.0.12.
- 3.0.3 Requests outside these hours are not accepted and are not held for the next period: the withdrawal must be requested again within these hours, except as provided in clause 3.0.12.
- 3.0.4 BR TOKENS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect data provided by the user.
- 3.0.5 In case of suspected fraud or rule violation, the balance may be temporarily blocked until the review is concluded.
- 3.0.6 Each user may make only 1 (one) withdrawal every 24-hour period, except as provided in clause 3.0.12.
- 3.0.7 Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request.
- 3.0.8 If the user is banned from the platform, their balance will remain frozen and unavailable for withdrawal, matches, or any other movement for as long as the ban lasts. The balance is released when the account is reactivated, subject to clauses 3.0.9 and 3.0.10.
- 3.0.9 Amounts obtained irregularly — such as those from matches voided for fraud, collusion, win trading, punishment evasion, exploitation of flaws, or credits made by mistake — will be voided and removed from the balance, even if they are already available. Voiding only reaches the amounts tied to the irregularity.
- 3.0.10 The balance is fully zeroed only in cases of proven fraud (clause 4.0.3) and punishment evasion (clauses 6.0.5 and 7.2.4).
- 3.0.11 If a deposit is reversed, disputed, or returned through the bank or payment provider, the corresponding amount may be debited from the balance, and the account may be blocked until the situation is settled.
- 3.0.12 Users who keep the official BR TOKENS link (
discord.gg/brtokensorhttps://brtokens.net) in their Discord custom status for 12 (twelve) hours in a row may withdraw at any time of day, up to 2 (two) withdrawals per day (Brasília time), without the 24-hour interval. The minimum amount is still the one in clause 3.0.2. If the link is removed from the status, the benefit no longer applies.
3.1.0 Summary of balance sanctions
| Situation | What happens to the balance |
|---|---|
| Suspicion under review (3.0.5 and 10.0.2) | Blocked until the review ends |
| Ban (3.0.8) | Frozen for as long as the ban lasts |
| Amount obtained irregularly (3.0.9) | Only that amount is voided |
| Win trading or collusion (6.0.3) | Arranged matches voided and their amounts withheld; the rest of the balance is kept |
| Proven fraud (4.0.3) | The balance may be zeroed |
| Punishment evasion (6.0.5 and 7.2.4) | The balance may be zeroed on every account involved |
| Deposit reversal (3.0.11) | Amount debited and account blocked until settled |
4.0.0 On user responsibilities
- 4.0.1 The user is responsible for providing correct information and keeping their account secure.
- 4.0.2 The user agrees to respect the server rules and the team's decisions.
- 4.0.3 Attempts at scams, fraud, falsification of evidence, or result manipulation will result in a permanent ban. Once fraud is proven, the account balance may be zeroed under clause 3.0.10.
- 4.0.4 Misuse of the system, including attempts to exploit flaws, abuse loopholes, intentionally overload the team, manipulate operational flows, or use the platform contrary to its legitimate purpose, may result in administrative punishments.
- 4.0.5 Punishments may include a formal warning, temporary suspension, balance block, cancellation of ongoing matches, or permanent ban, depending on severity and recurrence.
5.0.0 Account Sharing
- 5.0.1 It is forbidden to share, lend, sell, assign, or make accounts available to third parties.
- 5.0.2 The user is fully responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
- 5.0.3 The user is authorized to use a single account. If the use of multiple accounts is identified, all of them may be blocked and their balances frozen, applying clauses 3.0.8 to 3.0.10, without prejudice to the definition of alternate accounts in clause 5.0.10 and the Discord account change in clause 5.0.11.
- 5.0.4 It is forbidden to use names, photos, avatars, identifiers, information, or any other element intended to, or that may, lead third parties to believe the user is someone else. Any attempt to impersonate another player, team member, or third party to gain advantages, mislead, or commit fraud may result in suspension or permanent ban of the account.
- 5.0.5 BR TOKENS is not responsible for financial losses, unauthorized access, or any damage resulting from voluntarily sharing credentials.
- 5.0.6 If account sharing is identified with the aim of gaining undue advantages, defrauding matches, circumventing punishments, or manipulating results, the account may be suspended or permanently banned.
- 5.0.7 The team may request additional checks to confirm account ownership whenever it deems necessary.
- 5.0.8 The tracker of the user's game account must always remain public, allowing review and mediation by the team when necessary.
- 5.0.9 Whenever a player joins a match lobby, they must turn on their microphone at least once to confirm presence and identity. If the player disconnects and returns to the lobby, the opposing team may request a new voice confirmation. The confirmation is used only to check presence and identity. Refusing to turn on the microphone, without a justification accepted by the mediation team, allows the opposing team to request a W.O. for the match.
- 5.0.10 Use of alternate accounts occurs when the user:
- a) has two or more verified accounts on the official BR TOKENS server; or
- b) is banned on one account and is playing, taking part in matches, or using the platform's services through another account.
- 5.0.11 The user may change Discord accounts, limited to 1 (one) change per month. A change made within this limit, keeping only one verified account on the official server, does not count as an alternate account. Changes above the limit, or keeping more than one verified account at the same time, are an infraction under clauses 5.0.3 and 5.0.10.
- 5.0.12 Paying another player's entry, when allowed by the Rules (clause 7.0.6), does not authorize lending accounts: whoever plays the match uses their own game account and cannot be a banned player (clause 7.2.5).
6.0.0 Collusion and Result Manipulation
- 6.0.1 Any prior agreement to manipulate match results is forbidden.
- 6.0.2 Collusion includes:
- a) Agreeing on the winner before the match;
- b) Intentionally throwing a match;
- c) Playing with a previously agreed result;
- d) Using third parties for manipulation;
- e) Simulating a legitimate contest with a result already defined.
- 6.0.3 Once win trading or match collusion is identified — including agreeing on the winner, intentionally throwing the match, or playing with a previously agreed result —, those who took part in the collusion will receive:
- a) A ban from the official BR TOKENS server;
- b) Total loss of points in all events ongoing at the time of the punishment;
- c) A block on taking part in any official event in the month following the month the punishment is applied;
- d) Voiding of the matches where collusion was identified and withholding of those matches' amounts, without zeroing the account's overall balance at this stage. Those who only played the match, without arranging the result, do not receive a ban, loss of points, or event block.
- 6.0.4 BR TOKENS may use internal records and behavior patterns to identify irregularities.
- 6.0.5 Attempting to evade the event block in clause 6.0.3, including through another account, results in a ban and zeroing of the balance of the already punished account, the account used for evasion, and the other players who took part in the collusion. Those who only played the match, without arranging the result, do not receive this sanction. The general punishment-evasion rules in clauses 7.2.3 and 7.2.4 still apply to other cases.
7.0.0 Fraud, Abusive Conduct, Evidence, and Reports
7.1.0 On Evidence and Reports
- 7.1.1 Reports, disputes, or requests to review results will only be accepted with a complete, uncut video that continuously and clearly shows everything that happened, except as provided in clause 7.1.8.
- 7.1.2 Screenshots will not be accepted as main evidence, regardless of their content, except as provided in clause 7.1.8.
- 7.1.3 If the report involves conversations, messages, or any occurrence within Discord, the video must show the Discord app being restarted before the recording starts.
- 7.1.4 Recordings made on the web (browser) version of Discord will not be accepted; the official desktop app is mandatory.
- 7.1.5 Failure to meet any evidence requirement will result in the immediate dismissal of the report, regardless of whether the claim is true.
- 7.1.6 Reports, disputes, or review requests must be made within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the event. After this period, the report will automatically be considered late and will not be reviewed by the administration.
- 7.1.7 Submitting edited, manipulated, or apparently tampered evidence may result in dismissal of the report and administrative penalties.
- 7.1.8 During an ongoing match, to report a disconnection, claim a bug, or request a pause or restart (Rules, clauses 5.0.1 and 8.0.2), the mediation team may accept photos and screenshots, as instructed by support.
7.2.0 Fraud and Abusive Conduct
- 7.2.1 Any attempt at fraud, result manipulation, or obtaining undue advantage within the platform is forbidden.
- 7.2.2 False reports, intentional omission of information, or any attempt to mislead the administrative team will be considered serious infractions.
- 7.2.3 It is forbidden to use alternate accounts (as defined in clause 5.0.10), third parties, or any other means to circumvent punishments applied by the platform.
- 7.2.4 If an attempt to evade punishment is identified, all related accounts may be permanently suspended and have their balance zeroed under clause 3.0.10.
- 7.2.5 It is strictly forbidden to use, facilitate, allow, or take part, directly or indirectly, in matches involving accounts used to circumvent punishments applied by BR TOKENS. This includes being part of a team, duo, or any other lineup with an alternate account of a banned user, as well as hiding, replacing, lending, or using third parties to allow a banned player to take part in any match. All participants involved are subject to the same penalties as the banned user, including permanent ban of their accounts.
- 7.2.6 The use of VPN, Proxy, or similar tools to hide identity, mask location, circumvent punishments, or commit fraud is forbidden.
- 7.2.7 The use of these tools may result in additional checks, preventive block, or account ban.
- 7.2.8 The severity of the infraction, recurrence, and the user's history will be considered when defining the applicable penalty.
8.0.0 Disclosure of personal information (Doxxing)
- 8.0.1 It is strictly forbidden to disclose, share, threaten to disclose, or use any user's personal information without their express authorization.
- 8.0.2 Personal information includes, but is not limited to: full name, address, phone number, documents, photos, family information, social media, or any other personal data.
- 8.0.3 Doxxing may result in temporary suspension or permanent ban from the platform, depending on the severity of the case.
- 8.0.4 It is not an infraction when the information is already public, was voluntarily disclosed by the user themselves, or is widely available on the internet without direct involvement of the reported user. This exception does not apply when such information is gathered, organized, or disclosed with the aim of exposing, intimidating, threatening, or harassing someone.
- 8.0.5 The administration will review each case individually and may request evidence and use internal records to determine the origin of, and responsibility for, the disclosure.
9.0.0 Data Protection (LGPD)
- 9.0.1 Data is protected under Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).
- 9.0.2 The data collected is used exclusively for operation, security, and mediation.
- 9.0.3 BR TOKENS does not sell or share personal data, except when required by law.
- 9.0.4 Logs and technical records may be used for fraud prevention.
- 9.0.5 The data subject may exercise their rights under the LGPD — including access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent — by contacting [email protected].
- 9.0.6 Details on data collection, use, retention, and sharing are in the Privacy Policy.
10.0.0 Limitation of Liability
- 10.0.1 BR TOKENS is not responsible for connection failures, power outages, unavailability of game servers, problems with third-party services, or any external factors that may interfere with matches.
- 10.0.2 BR TOKENS may temporarily block accounts, features, and balances whenever there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, irregularity, or violation of these Terms, until the internal review is concluded.
- 10.0.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights guaranteed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code.
11.0.0 Final Provisions
- 11.0.1 BR TOKENS may amend these Terms. Each change is published on this page, with a new "Last updated" date, and announced on the official Discord server.
- 11.0.2 Relevant changes — such as changes to fees, withdrawal rules, or balance sanctions — take effect 7 (seven) days after the notice, unless they are required by law, security, or fraud prevention. Using the services after they take effect means accepting the changes. Anyone who disagrees may withdraw their available balance and close their account under clause 11.0.5.
- 11.0.3 In cases not covered by these Terms of Use and the Rules, the administrative team may review each case individually and apply preventive or corrective measures to preserve the integrity, security, operation, and competitiveness of the platform, always in proportion to the risk identified.
- 11.0.4 By using the platform, taking part in matches, or making deposits, the user declares that they are aware of and fully agree with these Terms of Use and the Rules in force.
- 11.0.5 The user may request account closure at any time by the contact email or through support on the official server. The available balance may be withdrawn before closure, under the rules of section 3.0.0. Blocked or frozen balance follows clauses 3.0.5 and 3.0.8 to 3.0.10. Data handling after closure follows the Privacy Policy.
- 11.0.6 These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the user's place of residence are chosen to settle matters arising from these Terms.
