Official program
Find the bug. Claim the reward.
Spotted something odd in the bot, the site or the wallet? Show us. Every valid bug earns a reward, and the more serious it is, the bigger the reward.
Rewards
What you can earn
Fee-free matches
Credits to play without paying the platform fee. The most common reward for lower-impact bugs.
Cash in your balance
Serious bugs, especially ones involving balance, payments or match results, can pay cash straight into your wallet.
Bug Hunter role
Report 3 or more valid bugs and you get the Bug Hunter role on Discord, so everyone knows who helps keep the system running.
The team sets the reward based on the severity, relevance and impact of the bug found.
Step by step
How to take part
- 01
Find
Use the bot and the site as usual. Something went differently than expected? Write down what you did to get there.
- 02
Record
Record a video reproducing the bug from start to finish, clearly showing how it happens.
- 03
Open a ticket
On our Discord, open a ticket and send the video with a short description of what happened.
- 04
Get rewarded
The team reviews it, confirms the bug and delivers the reward. You follow everything in the ticket.
Criteria
What makes a bug valid
To count toward the program and the role, a bug must meet every criterion below.
Reproducible
The team must be able to reproduce the bug from the information and evidence you sent.
Complete evidence
The report includes a video showing the bug from start to finish, with the steps needed to reproduce it.
Real bug
It is a system failure, not expected behavior, a wrong configuration or a usage mistake.
New
Bugs that are already known, previously reported or under review are not counted again.
Counted once
Each flaw counts only once, even if it shows up in different situations.
Relevant impact
The bug affects how the platform works, the user experience, security or the integrity of the system.
Good faith
The bug is reported only to the BR Tokens team, without being exploited for an advantage or to harm other users.
Note: sending a report does not guarantee a reward. The BR Tokens team reviews and validates every report after analyzing the problem.
Severity
The more serious, the bigger the reward
- Critical
Touches money: duplicated balance, improper withdrawal, payment confirmed without paying.
Cash
- High
Changes a match result, bypasses a rule or grants access it should not.
Cash or fee-free matches
- Medium
Breaks a flow: a room that will not close, a button that does not respond, a stuck queue.
Fee-free matches
- Low
Wrong information on screen, broken text or an annoying behavior with no loss.
Counts toward the role
Scope
What counts and what does not
Counts
- Matches, rooms, queues and results on Discord.
- Balance, deposits, withdrawals, PIX and transfers.
- Website, player profile, ranking, clans and events.
- Bot commands and buttons that do not work as they should.
Does not count
- A duplicate bug, one that is already known or one still under review.
- A report without a video or without enough evidence to reproduce it.
- Expected behavior, a wrong configuration or a usage mistake.
- Feature suggestions or opinions on visuals.
Good report
What your video must include
Start from the beginning: show the screen before the bug, not just the error.
Go through each step slowly so the team can repeat it exactly.
Say what should have happened and what actually happened.
Include the date, time and the match or payment ID, if any.
Report, do not exploit
Found the bug? Stop and report it only to the team. Intentionally exploiting bugs for an advantage can lead to disqualification from the program and penalties.
Exclusive role
3 valid bugs. Bug Hunter role.
The role shows on your Discord profile and tells everyone you help make BR Tokens safer.
