Why can't I join the queue?

What each queue error message means and how to fix it.

When the queue refuses you, the bot shows a private message. Look for its title below; the bot may show it in your language or in Portuguese.

Cargo necessário (Role required)

This mode requires the game's role. Verify the game and try again.

Já em partida (Already in a match)

You're already in an active match. Finish it or cancel the current payment before joining another queue.

Já na fila (Already in the queue)

You're already in this queue and only need to wait for an opponent. To change the amount, pick another in the menu.

Muitas partidas iniciando (Too many matches starting)

The server is opening many rooms at once. Try again in 1 to 2 minutes.

Filas fechadas (Queues closed)

The queues are closed right now. Wait for them to reopen and follow the announcements on the server.

Menu desatualizado (Outdated menu)

The menu has changed. Select the amount again.

Acesso bloqueado (Access blocked)

Your account is banned and can't take part in matches. To check on your case, open a request in Banimentos (Bans).

I joined the queue and nothing happened.

You're waiting for an opponent at the same amount. The match opens when another player joins.

I verified the game and it still asks for the role.

Check on the verification screen that the game shows as verified. If it does and the error continues, open a request in Suporte (Support).

I can't see the error message.

It's private and appears in the channel itself, right after you pick the amount.
