How to declare a win and dispute a result
What to do at the end of the match and why you only have 3 minutes to respond.

Goals
After this tutorial you will be able to:
- Declare a win the right way
- Respond within the 3 minutes
- Know how a dispute works
If you won
- 1
Click Declarar vitória (Declare win)
Do this in the match room, only after the game is over.

Wait for the response
Your opponent has 3 minutes.
If you clicked by mistake, use Cancelar declaração (Cancel declaration).
If you lost
Click Aceitar vitória (Accept win). This ends the match right away.
If you disagree with the result

Click Contestar (chamar mediador) (Dispute, call a mediator)
Do this within the 3 minutes. The deadline appears in the win message.

Wait in the room
The team is notified and you don't need to open a ticket.

Send your proof
Send the proof to the team when they ask for it.

Wait for the decision
The team decides the result, and that decision is final.
If you settled it between yourselves, use Cancelar solicitação (Cancel request). The 3-minute window then restarts.
What counts as proof
Full video, with no cuts.
A screenshot doesn't count as the main proof of an incident.
The deadline to submit is 48 hours.
For incidents on Discord, record in the desktop app, restarted before recording. The web version is not accepted.
