How to withdraw your balance

Minimum amount, hours, payment deadline and how to withdraw outside the hours.

Withdrawal rules

  • Minimum of R$ 15.00 per withdrawal.

  • Request between 1 p.m. and 9 p.m., Brasília time.

  • One withdrawal every 24 hours.

  • The team pays within 24 hours.

Step by step

    Open Withdraw

    On your profile, click Withdraw.

  2. 2

    Choose the method

    PIX, Mercado Pago or PayPal.

  3. 3

    Fill in your details

    Enter your full name and key. PIX accepts CPF, CNPJ, phone, e-mail or a random key; Mercado Pago and PayPal use e-mail.

    Enter the amount

    The minimum is R$ 15.00.

  5. 5

    Confirm

    Tick the agreement box and click Request withdrawal.

Your request stays visible in Finance while it's processed. You get a notice on Discord when the withdrawal is paid, so keep your direct messages open.

Withdrawing outside the hours

Players who keep the BR Tokens link in their Discord status for 12 hours can withdraw at any time, up to 2 times a day.

    Put the link in your status

    Use discord.gg/brtokens or https://brtokens.net, with the https://.

  2. 2

    Stay online for 12 hours

    Time only counts while you're online, idle or on do not disturb. Invisible mode doesn't count.

  3. 3

    Keep the link when you request

    Without the link in your status at the moment of the withdrawal, the regular rules apply again.

A few hours have passed and my withdrawal hasn't arrived. Should I open a ticket?

No. The deadline is up to 24 hours. Only open a ticket after that.

I requested outside the hours and got an error. Why?

Without the status link benefit, requests are only accepted between 1 p.m. and 9 p.m. Brasília time.

My withdrawal is blocked. What do I do?

If your account has an outbound block, only the team can remove it. Open a ticket.
