Cancellations and refunds
Until when you can cancel a match and where the money goes.

Goals
After this tutorial you will be able to:
- Know until when you can cancel
- Understand what happens if time runs out

In each situation
You haven't paid yet: click Cancelar pagamento (Cancel payment) in the room. The cancellation is immediate.
You paid and your opponent didn't: the cancel button unlocks 3 minutes after your side finished paying. If less than 3 minutes of the deadline remain, the button doesn't appear.
The 5-minute deadline ended and someone hadn't paid: the match is canceled automatically.
Both sides paid: the room opens and canceling is no longer possible.
Where the money goes
Refunds go to your balance, even if you paid with PIX. Entry and fee are returned when a player cancels before the match closes. In a fee-free match, only the entry amount returns.
Team with split payment
If someone still hasn't paid, each share already paid returns to the balance of whoever paid it. With both sides complete, the room opens normally and there's no refund.
